Excellent team, excellent fresh ingredients and dishes but the high turnover for head chef.
My experience with Byblos was overall a good one. The team was welcoming and motivated to produce high quality dishes. The only downside of the job was the high turnover of the head chef, which made it difficult to settle in with what was expected of us, as it was ever changing.
