Store Associate in Ontario
Generally a nice place to work.I liked what I was selling and most of the customers were nice. My co-workers were also great to work with for the most part. Some managers are fair and professional, while others played favourites.

Fast paced Lots of pros lots of cons. End of day. Minimum wage. Overall usually a nice place to work minus staff at times. Feel valued most days. Some days become so redundant it’s like robot work.

Good place but too much expectationsThe company is was great to work with in the beginning with supportive managers but as time went by, it went downhill. You are expected to have too much knowledge of baby products on just minimum wage. Very unfair pay because you could be someone that doesn't require much knowledge of the products or you could be a consultant for registries that needs to every single thing, and you would still get paid the same. Also, there is no opportunity to grow in the company. The like to give you hopes so that they can make you work more but when the time comes, there's always excuses
Sales Associate and Cashier in Winnipeg, MB
unfair workplace but there was a break room never ever been so disappointed with a workplace. thrown into tasks with no prior knowledge. forced to keep quiet about how certain people treated you. manager’s had favourites, it was obvious. very toxic environment to be in continuously.
Friendly, sometimes fun. Holiday bonuses. They push to get the little stuff which is frustrating. They don't like customers waiting to pay for their items but when staff needs a manager up front for a return, they take their sweet time. It not very team work style unless you are working with a co worker who helps. Don't communicate very well either but it's a job.
