My day usually started at 6am, and progressed to a very busy schedule, handling golfing events, special functions, weddings, promotions, etc. Scheduling of staff, invoicing, balancing end of day for all members. Re-ordering for next day according to events scheduling. Set up for next day for afternoon and evening staff.
Definitely learned time management, first point of contact for all members of the club, handling requests on a daily basis, and the hardest part was dealing with complaints to the members satisfaction. Feeling in a large part the satisfaction of knowing my job was well done and accomplished.
The most enjoyable part of my job was of course the people I worked with on a daily basis, the members of the club, and I had the most incredible view anyone could wish for!
