I would leave because management does not listen. I only get listened to by the Head Supervisor but it's because she's a caring person who has been there a long time and she knows to get people to stay you need to listen to them.

Because Corportate Management have no respect for the store staff. The pay is nothing in comparison to the work they expect from you
Pay is terrible pitty change really. Barely a raise from minimum wage and managment is terrible at training associates. They don't care about their people, make us money.
So that I could receive medical benefits, as Bulk Barn is now one of the very few retail places that do not offer any. Considering they have over 200 stores, and not all are franchised, you would expect better from a Canadian company.
I get paid minimum wage for a supervisor position.
If I were to leave Bulk Barn it would be because I found another job that allows me to put more of my skills to test
