I really enjoyed my job as a hostess at Buffalo Wild Wings. It was a little bit of an intense environment at times, and I do believe the management could be better and a bit more organized but overall, I was treated with respect and patience as it was my first job.

We unfortunately shut down, and there are no more locations in Canada. My work experience there was amazing. Great staff, great regulars, great atmosphere with UFC, football, and hockey or other sport nights.

Fun place to work. Lacklustre management

I had a lot of fun During my five years working at Buffalo Wild Wings. The team members were great. The energy was there. The staff discount was nice, but the management sucked very unprofessional.

depended on who you worked with. managers were like highschoolers. tips weren’t split properly. favouritism played a huge factor. hours weren’t fair in anyway shape or form.

Good working environment

Worked there for 6 months. The sense of community and family in the workplace is very strong, a lot of people that have been working there for 5+ years. The kitchen can get stressful when rushes come in, and scheduling isn't the best, but it's definitely manageable.

Love the food. Love the idea. Hate the clicky front of house girls.. needs more male servers or a change in management

I have been working as this corporation for 7-8 years.. and it's always been clicky. But I've gotten to the point where I've had enough. You try to give a shift away, everyone freaks out. It's not a place where you feel like a team. Do better Buffalo Wild Wings Ancaster. NEW MANAGEMENT!!!

50% of lunch under 12 dollars, nice customers, nice sports environment, yummy quick food

Cons

Price changes, cooks not wanting to mod items, catty staff, if you're new you will be an outsider and not welcomed for a bit

Loved my short time working at B dubs!

I worked at the Guelph location which promptly closed :( in the time that I did spend working for BWW, I loved every second of it. Management was chill and kind, the customers were super relaxed, and the team I worked with was incredible. #ripguelphbww

terrible place

I worked here for almost a year, just recently quit. The managers at this establishment do not care about you, they yell at you and give you attitude for everything you do. There’s multiple servers who like to cause drama with every single person here. There’s ped*philes, hom*phobes, ra*ists, and childish people working at this store and they will not do anything about it. Everyone is quitting currently because of the environment.

Casual, flexible environment

I worked at BWW for 5 years starting as a hostess and then working my way to server. The pros are super flexible schedule especially or students or parents and a very chill, casual environment. Main con is unprofessional management that pushes a “family” relationship between coworkers.
