Productive kitchen environment
Worked in the kitchen as a line cook. I learned how to properly prepare and cook food for customers. Management when I was hired was energetic, considerate, and friendly. The work was fast paced, but during slow hours there was a lot of cleaning to be done.
The hardest part of this job for me was balancing my work life with my education (I was still in highschool). The most enjoyable part of the job was working with people I considered friends on a daily basis, and always trying to our best work.
