First they need to make sure their own management does not leave. in the past 3 years ive seen 90% of their management staff entirely change, twice. Other than that let your employees know they can take a break. They did a decent job of accomodating for school hours however they still made students work as late as 12 am on a school night.

Never took vacation. Also it's the only kitchen anywhere ever at all the whole history of the service industry that doesn't give their kitchen tip out.
