Extremely Fast Paced

Cons- Fly's in your truck and around you all the time- Yard is disgusting and dirty- Unrealistic deadlines - Super Stressful work load (non stop) - Couldn't take breaks due to workload- Some difficult personalities to work with which can be challengingPros-Decent Salary and Benefits- Dedicated Customers - Yard Location is good - A few wonderful staff members that will make you feel welcomed but some that don't- On Site Parking- Budget gives you benefits asap which is amazing- Staff BBQ's

This is such a great place to work.

Have spent a few years at Budget and they have proven time and time again to be true to their culture. The company is sincerely interested in their employees success and safety. Amazing group of people doing very interesting work. If you get an opportunity to join them, you won't be disappointed.
