Toxic Workplace
No autonomy or power as a project manager. They disguise criticism as "coaching". You have to watch your back. Nothing is ever good enough for them. The only good thing is the pay.

Loved the work but couldn't take any more back stabbing.
Loved the work as it was unique and very interesting but the culture was terrible-almost everyone trying to stab me in the back for a promotion. I decided to stop working there for my own sanity which was a shame because I loved my job, but was no longer able to deal with my co-workers.

terrible work environment
I honestly don’t know how this company survives with such incompetent management. They can spend thousands on low- and mid-managers sending them off to weeks and weeks of training then promote these useless individuals only to demote them within months because they’re so bad.I admire the engineers who created and built the plants as they were very intelligent individuals who need to be honoured....
