There is no feedback unless you do something wrong or make someone mad. If you get a customer complaining about you then you will hear about it but if a customer says something nice it is never shared or maybe at their head office but it goes no further. Would be nice though.

Feedback is usually only given if you have gotten a complaint from a client or from a coworker. Not huge on giving a pat on the back or recognizing superior work ethic but quick to point out the negative. You need to know how to improve in these instances but it would also be motivating to hear a few good words sometimes.
