Poor moral within the ranks. Seems like alot of pointless drama that nobody wants to deal with so it becomes worse. Some one needs to deal with the issues.
What would you suggest Brown's Fine Food Services management do to prevent others from leaving?
Treat employees like they matter to the company. Any company would not continue to be in business were it not for the employees doing the work. Management is needed but they should come down to the employee level instead of sitting on their high pedistals. value the employees and make them feel appreciatted.
Always shorts staff and they cut hours, they cut position, but don't decrease the workload.
The most challenging was convincing myself to go to work every day knowing what was probably in store.
How long does it take to get hired from start to finish at Brown's Fine Food Services? What are the steps along the way?
Hiring process does not take long. Just send your resume or fill out an application form and you will most likly get hired.
Working hours are various but only the regulars get scheduled for the best shifts. Do not work well if you are trying to juggle more than one job.
Feedback comes when you do something wrong or mess something up. Quick to criticize and reprmand
Negative feedback - they will write you up for a discipline and tell you it will lead to being fired.
Positive feedback - don't think it happens or at least not vary often
