The future for Brookfield Properties team members is very exciting. The company is complex with many divisions and moving parts allowing for endless growth and advancement; however, experiences vary depending on where you work in the company. In my experience, every day is exciting and different, the people are incredible and the opportunities are endless. It's a great place for anyone who likes to continuously learn and work with/build relationships with new people.

Security Guard (Former Employee) - Calgary, AB - 31 May 2020

Brookfield Calgary is not an ethical employer, the workplace if riffle with interpersonal problems, underhanded tactics, gossip and covert racism. Managers at all levels with the organization are inept to deal with the problems and prefer to fire people who speak out. Don't even waste your time applying.

Not real security and treated like children

Security guard (Former Employee) - Bankers hall, Calgary - 14 January 2020

This company is the worst to work security for. They hire guys with high education but no security experience . They're all scared of the homeless. Maybe in their countries they received diplomas but most of them are complete idiots. In fact I've never met more stupid People in all my life. You're not allowed to put your hands on trouble people. You instead stand there while being berated until the police arrive. The security manager is the dumbest of all.

Great people!

Great people to work with in a busy and productive environment. Yearly events to attend such as Christmas get togethers and playing together at the REC room in Deerfoot Mall. Low turn over with satisfied and enriched staff.
