Decent company

Indeed featured review

A little indecisive. Growing, learning, management all need some attention. Pay is good. Hours are good. Unionized. Buddy system for sure. Overall good company to work for

Great young company

Since moving to Bronte I feel more happy about going to work than I have in years. They have great management and people supporting them. The vision is clear and would recommend this company to anyone

Stay away

Nepotism at its finest, buddy system. Promise you the world, and bend you over. Lots of empty promises, yet won't send a email or text to back up what they promised. Very shady

Very relaxed and collaborative place to work

The supervisor was friendly and fair; co-workers were team players. I liked working for them, but had to leave because I moved far away. We worked in various locations, some far away where we had to stay in hotels. The hardest part of the job was working in locations that were very cold.

Not a bad place

Not a terrible place to work, salary was good, people were good. Hours were never guaranteed so that could be a little frustrating at times. Unionized position

Bad place to work

The company is run by people who are friends no support from management when the union workers consistantly break company policies. They promise bonuses that are never paid out. Salary workers have to work more hours then contracted for free.

Pros

None

Cons

No one knows what they are doing

Teamwork Makes the Dream Work

Fresh graduate, joined the company as part of the Project Management Team in Jan. 2019. Since then it has been and still is fantastic. I've learnt more working here than I have in my entire undergrad. Work culture is great, you can tell that they value their employees and truly seek to work together and grow. The Project Managers and Coordinators are always willing to help explain and answer any questions I have regarding the industry. As a newbie, I always had a ton of questions. They never made me feel scared to ask, even basic questions. Working with a team who encourages you like this motivates you to do better. What you do at work here has real world impact. When you visit sites and see the project being constructed you'll see how cool it was to be a part of that. For example, drawings I've sketched here were used as a basis in actual meetings between the Project Managers, Senior Professional Engineers, and clients If you enjoy testing your mind to its limits and growing yourself as an individually and as a professional, I highly recommend working here.

Pros

Personal and Professional Growth, Focus on Work Life Balance, Challenging Yourself, Working in a Tight-Knit Team, Bagel Tuesdays and Friday Lunches

Cons

Days go by fast when it's busy and productive. You'll be old before you know it.

Fun place to work

The day-to-day is busy but fun. Bronte has grown a lot over the past few years and has provided me the opportunity to grow in turn. The workplace culture is light - everyone takes there jobs seriously, but the general vibe is happy.

Pros

Room for growth

Cons

The catered food is full of carbs.
