What's like working as a guideway service person?

By far the worst job I ever had in my life. The majority of coworkers are ignorant people who got their job because they know someone in the organization. Your experience is nullified by the stupidity of the concept of seniority. Managers are as ignorant or worst than the supervisors. The pay is ok if you are willing to sell your character and pride. If you are a yes man or woman this is the place for you. Guideway is the bottom of the barrel in the whole organization.
I felt stressed out most of the time due to managers incompetence
You see and clean up some horrible things, and the people that should look out for them, don't.
