Some good, some bad
The current state of our division is rough. Employee turnover is at an all-time high, and management does not seem to care about regular employees. The hybrid schedules are not flexible like the company advertises them to be. In fact, they are pretty rigid. Engagement and moral are poor, hopefully things get better.Instructor in Burnaby, BC
