  • Typical. Steady with intense tight deadlines throughout the year

  • Workload and expectations are not manageable. High burnout rate, very frustrating place to work. Students are extremely demanding and management always sides with the student. Constant turnover in management/leadership. The organization is not open to innovation and have the attitude that they don't need to change, if it's not broken, don't fix it. BCIT is riding heavily on their reputation but market share is being take away by more innovative academic institutions.
