I can only speak for my branch but it would be constant loss of work and being stuck on the bottom of the seniority list working 5 nights a week. I don't mind night shift if its a 3 day work week but 5 nights a week for months at a time takes its toll on you and your social life.

Full time schedules are picked and are a set start time. All routes have a set start time but none have a set finish time since its a courier job, you're done when the work is done or have to be off the road to comply with DOT, whichever comes first.
