Not too much appreciation and tolerance. Looks more like survival job.

Not too fun place to work because of pure management and benefits.
The hardest part of the job is when you have an idea of how to make the job easier or more effective someone from above tells you "Do it my way or HWY" and never listen. Pure workspace culture and management.
