The hardest part of the job is when you have an idea of how to make the job easier or more effective someone from above tells you "Do it my way or HWY" and never listen. Pure workspace culture and management.

Terrible work atmosphere

Management acted more like a dictatorship. If you enjoy being yelled at or degraded of in front of a group then this is the place for you. Zero attempt from company to improve processes or image. Zero communication just listen and do as I say. Could be a great company if they lose the deadweight.

A short time spent with BridgeView, fairly low pay, very short breaks, there's a union, the workers are very polite, long term employees are treated well, as new comers get put on assembly line stuff.
