The company has a good environment to work and working hours are very flexible.The company offers very good benfit and salary.It has a great opportunity to learn a lot; however, the company has a lot of projects, which are pointing out problems with project management

Worst glazing company in BC. Useless meetings, no management guidance, no training for new employees, yelling, psychological warfare, it’s endless....

Pros

Free lunch once in a while

Cons

Super long hours, demoralized attitude, no work life balance, constant yelling, fickle boss, big promises with no teeth to show, everything is rushed, high turn over rate, no professional attitude towards employees, boss calls you on weekends

We value your feedback and will certainly improve our training.We do have to admit that we have zero tolerance for poor performance. Under performing and unpassionate employees often find themselves not fitting in and end up leaving, either voluntarily or involuntarily. Our goal is to build and maintain a solid team consisting of highly talented and passionate team members.
