There are some cliques within the company that despite them not actually being management they have a massive amount of pull within the workspace and they are more than happy to use that pull for entirely selfish reasons. Including things like shift/position adjustments if they dislike you.I've had a forklift driver literally follow behind me as I did my job for 30 minutes at a time(or more) and either harass me or tell me how to do my job as a somewhat regular occurrence. Many people will pretend to be your supervisor on a regular basis and get away with it.The supervisors themselves however are typically pleasant and understanding, easy to talk to and are willing to give assistance when and where they can. There are a lot of training opportunities if you wish to move up in the company, which often involve increased pay. Despite the cliques there are still plenty of people who will look out for you and make sure you stay safe.

Inconsistent safety protocol, Unfair treatment and conditions, Lacking in job security, Rampant Harassment

unsafe and untrustworthy place to work

Some good work ethic and solid attitude employees within , however a few employees bad talk behind your back and criticize your efforts . Too many injuries and unsafe work practices . Too many people giving orders and confusion occurs due to this. Good pay and benefits all I could see..

Benefits and pay

Brannon Steel is Good company ,owner is good and mostly workers are friendly*.but the benefits is too high to pay $200 a month and wages is not that competitive.
