Disorganized and chaotic environment.

Very poor company culture. Employees are under constant stress and can not perform to the fullest of their capabilities. Management is understaffed and their stress level is phenomenal. I learned a lot about the Steel Manufacturing Industry and my time there was valuable, but overall a bad place to work at.

Terrible company to work for.

Avoid this company. The working conditions are unbelievable. 120deg heat in summer and little to no heat indoors in the winter. An extremely loud and dangerous work environment.
