There are some cliques within the company that despite them not actually being management they have a massive amount of pull within the workspace and they are more than happy to use that pull for entirely selfish reasons. Including things like shift/position adjustments if they dislike you.I've had a forklift driver literally follow behind me as I did my job for 30 minutes at a time(or more) and either harass me or tell me how to do my job as a somewhat regular occurrence. Many people will pretend to be your supervisor on a regular basis and get away with it.The supervisors themselves however are typically pleasant and understanding, easy to talk to and are willing to give assistance when and where they can. There are a lot of training opportunities if you wish to move up in the company, which often involve increased pay. Despite the cliques there are still plenty of people who will look out for you and make sure you stay safe.

Good Pay, Nice Benefits, Very Flexible Hours (once you reach a certain point within the company), Good Advancement Opportunities

Cons

Inconsistent safety protocol, Unfair treatment and conditions, Lacking in job security, Rampant Harassment

Fun place to work

Working as a general labourer at Brannon steel was for the most part a great experience. Always had something to do and lots of opportunities to gain experience learning new things.

Not a great place to work if you want to feel valued. As well you have to make friends with the main “clique” before they start trash talking you. The main group of buds just trash talk everyone and act like animals. Lots ur rules to follow if they don’t like you
