The work environment at Brannon Steel is generally fast-paced and can be hectic at times - we're fortunate to have lots of work! Having said that, safety and quality are more important than speed and no one should risk themselves or others to save a few minutes!As far as culture, Brannon Steel has been a family-owned and operated company for over 50 years and believes in treating people with fairness, honesty and respect. We don't claim to be perfect but we try to maintain a workplace where employees feel valued. Many have been with us for 10, 20, 30, even 40 years and we believe that kind of loyalty speaks for itself.Asked 24 April 2022
