It seems like hard work and experience are not the key to advancement at Brannon. Getting to know management on a personal or familial basis is the way to get ahead. By being trained for other positions that are not really any more difficult or demanding, you can be put in a higher wage bracket of $13,000, per annum whether you ever do or do not perform that job again. I worked here as a steel parts cleaner, the job itself is easy, but it is hard on the body. On less busy days expect to work other jobs around the shop. unsafe and untrustworthy place to work

Some good work ethic and solid attitude employees within , however a few employees bad talk behind your back and criticize your efforts . Too many injuries and unsafe work practices . Too many people giving orders and confusion occurs due to this. Good pay and benefits all I could see..
