They care about their students!
I have been brought in as a SME to teach three workshops and there is no doubt that the staff care that their students are set up for success and equipped not just to deal with the demands of intensive training, but in the job market once they are done.
Lead Instructor in Toronto

Content is sub-par, riddled with spelling errors and incorrect information, confusing formatting makes it difficult to deliver the material. Students perceived value of the experience does not align with the price point. Over the years price per student has gone up, student classroom sizes have increased, although the salary has stayed the same. Work is rewarding and easy to fit into your schedule.

disconnect between content creators and management
- lots and lots of micro-management coming from people who know very little about the subject matter of the courses they were managing - low pay; the instructors of these courses are cream of the crop in their respective fields, they should be compensated as such

I enjoy working at BrainStation as a part time instructor. The facility is beautiful and the content is engaging and fun to teach. I can't speak for being a full-time staff member, but they do treat their instructors well.
