  • Understand that your team is your most valuable asset training, coaching, and empowering them will help them succeed thus ensuring the company's success. Stop holding your store managers accountable for the decisions that are made by regional manager.

  • Give a detailer a raise from $12.50 where they started at, over a year ago. (Coming from someone who sees $ taken off for EI, taxes, benefits "flex" plan and whatever else: I saw, on average, 700 and change take home. About $730 every 2 weeks. This is for a small family of 3; 2 adults, 1 child. I know detail bay doesn't MAKE the company the money; it's the techs and painters, but they can help make a car look pretty freakin presentable and help "wow the customer." Y'know: for "being the best," they could help out the little guy a bit more, even if it means one or two rounds less of golf for the bacon makers.... that is: the pigs who hog their fair share. But I mean, that'd be more of a communist society then. Time stamp: Mid 2019.

  • Treat the employees who make the company the money better

  • Get rid of upper management and hire professionals not a gym teacher with so much power . Also hire people with honesty and integrity.

  • Management should show more Fairness and respect
    for hardworking and honest staff.

Help job seekers learn about the company by being objective and to the point.
