Part-time Sales Associate in Sherwood Park, AB

Great first job for students but not much room for advancement
Your day would start by discussing sales goal for the day with your manager, then get assigned which area you will cover (fitting room, bra, swim, etc.). It's a customer-focused service so make sure you like talking and connecting with people or you'll have a hard time making a sale. Depending on your co-workers your shifts could either be really fun or boring, sometimes even some drama involved since it's an all women workplace. Overall it's a decent job just not much room for growth and progress in the long run. Seasonal Sales Associate in Edmonton, AB

Boring and strict
Mainly it’s just a temporary job nothing special and very low pay for the amount of work you have to do.The dress code is business casual but they are very strict about it Gérante in Montréal, QC

Bonne entreprise
Working at La Vie en Rose has been an amazing experience. In 4 years I was able to progress through the business and receive 2 promotions. The compensation is very fair and they truly do care about their employees work/life balance. Every leader I have had truly cares about my development both professionally and personally. Sales targets can be challenging but if you're willing to put in the work the opportunities for success and career advancement are endless at a company with a great mission!employé du siège social in Montréal, QC

Don’t go, the management is awful, racist and do not care at all about the employees. Manipulative and the rh won’t help you at all.
