People regularily arguing,
Absolutely no support from upper management and very very unsafe workpractices overall.

Rigger labourer, Carpenter (Former Employee) –  Vancouver, BC19 September 2017
Having worked with BOSA for 15 years I must say they take pride in the buildings they build and treat their employees as family. If you are willing to work hard then they are the company for you.

CSO/OFA (Former Employee) –  Vancouver, BC5 May 2017
Hardest part of the job, as a CSO was to get the long time employees to shed the "macho know-it-all cowboy" attitude and to recognize that
safety knowledge is not confined to what you already know, but your willingness to embrace new concepts.
Management was good. Benefits were adequate.
Pros
steady work
Cons
veteran workers
