Amazing co-workers and an overall great company to work for. I have been at Bond since 2015 and have learned quite a bit about the day-to-day operation of the company and the SR&ED industry. There are always new opportunities for learning and taking on more responsibility, all you need is a little initiative! I enjoy what we do and look forward to each day with this Team.

Great Environment with Opportunities for Growth and Development

Bond Consulting is a great environment to work in. The office is open and comfortable, and the team is supportive and very helpful. The company is growing quickly so there are lots of opportunities for growth and development. The leadership team cares about their people and demonstrates this on a daily basis.

Bond consulting really is a wonderful place to work. The work itself in SR&ED is extremely interesting, though complicated at times. The services they offer are truly superior compared to what is offered in the market. The office itself is lovely as are the people. Lots of opportunities to learn new things from extremely smart people. The hours are never unreasonable and lots of guidance is given to new employees as they get their bearings. I feel extremely lucky for the opportunity to work with Bond.

Bond Consulting Work Experience

Working at Bond was a great work experience. The president is very knowledgeable in the SR&ED program and works hard for clients. Coworkers were great to work with and it was a strong team atmosphere. Work life balance was good, and it was a helpful learning experience. I also thoroughly enjoyed the optional summer half day Friday summer schedule.

Great company, culture and team

Bond Consulting is the type of company that offers a great team environment, opportunity for learning and a place where your voice will be heard. The best part is, the opportunity to grow professionally, despite the size of the company. I started out as a business developer and now run the entire sales department, as the VP of sales. Hard work does not go unnoticed.

1) The work is very interesting and engaging. The nature of the work exposes you to many types of companies and the technical hurdles they encounter. Extremely enjoyable if you have a curious mind. 2) There is ample opportunity to achieve the workload without sacrificing home life. There are few client imposed deadlines, but they are easily managed. 3) The working environment is very friendly, inclusive and supportive. The word "family" comes to mind. 4) The boss is approachable and accommodating. She is always interested in hearing your opinions.
