Le lieu c'est confortable pour les personnes âgées
Préposé entretien ménager (Former Employee) - Laval, QC - 27 May 2023
Je pense qu'il y a un besoin de plus de communication, d'organisation et de soutien de l'administration aux résidents. Manque plus d'activités de plein air aussi

Cleaner
Cleaner (Former Employee) - Red Deer, AB - 15 May 2023
unorganized, little to no hours, throws a person in to huge buildings with no constant basic job structure for how to do the job proper. You have to do several buildings in one shift

Toxic workplace
Intermediate QA Analyst (Former Employee) - Calgary, AB - 10 May 2023
On the tech side of things the management needs to be restructured or completely removed and hire new management. You will be blamed and reprimanded for mistakes. Management doesn't believe in learning from mistakes
Pros
There are none
Cons
They do not care about you as a person, you might have to work long hours, they have a problem with you working from home, business casual dress code

Good workplace
Customer Care Representative (Former Employee) - Grande Prairie, AB - 7 May 2023
Corporate company comes with great employee benefits, they don’t want to use your head just follow what your leader or corporate leader says and follows , after working 4 years for company I have realized some of my colleagues who joined later has been paid more than me and bonus structure is also confusing. Person who scores great would get less bonus then person who is often sick and doesn’t showed up one work. It all depend on your area coordinator ( manager) if they like you then you are good but if they don’t like you despite working hard you won’t get what you deserve.
Pros
Great employee benefit's
Cons
Corporate politics, fast pace work

Kind employees good manager and good tenants overall.
Maintenance Technician (Former Employee) - London, ON - 23 April 2023
The company as a whole appears to be a well run operation. With my experience of working with people I beleave there management team likes there jobs and put a good effort towards there jobs. I worked for this company for a short while and felt the job was easy to learn and at times interesting. The staff working there were hard working especially knowledge. There training is very good the trainer was very knowledgeable. Like every company there are some needs improvement but appeared to be putting there best foot forward . One more thing I was able to observe is there tenants are overall happy to live there.
Pros
Work life balance
Cons
On call weekends

Under staffed, Overworked, Top heavy bad management, company is all about the return for the investors. Very disorganized culture. Middle management only concerns are about getting bonuses for themselves. The current culture is very toxic

I had the best time working here. You are treated like family and your coworkers are the best team. I had a great offer and that is the only reason I left my position.

Horribly mismanaged
residential manager (Former Employee) - London, ON - 8 September 2022
Training was a joke. Scheduling was a nightmare split days off and it served the business in no way whatsoever. Middle management had little to no experience and it showed.

Horrible Management
Maintenance (Former Employee) - Edmonton, AB - 30 July 2022
After nearly 10 years I had to ask myself why it took me so long to walk away. The ordinary workforce was cut nearly in half over the past 3-4 years while raising expectations. Staff is constantly being set up for failure just to be told by incompetent leaders how replaceable everyone is. If you believe that hard work, skills and determination will net you a career you’ll be so wrong. Kissing up to management, making friends in high places is the only way to get promoted regardless of having skills or not. This is more than a toxic work environment! Working for this company has made sick and depressive and resigning was more like an escape from this. I can and will not recommend to anyone to work for this company.
Pros
None
Cons
Incompetent management on all levels.
