80% Benefits, DCPP only
No discount on personal investments, KYC process intense must wait for approval from New York to be accepted - 6 week process
All personal trading must be reported and approval process is long so it can take days to get your trades approved.
Annual bonus small although generally less than 10%, they keep the base rate low
Pension Plan matching, 3% automatic no matter what on base salary only
3 week vacation allowance, unless employed for 3 years or more. Non negotiable unless applying for higher roles than this.
The role you are hired for is the role you will keep. Any persons who work there and have been promoted have worked there for their entire career. 7 years + Too long to wait for a promotion.
