Easy going, nice colleagues, lots of red tape

Nice place to work, tech stack is super old and hard to change, IT process are very bureaucratic. Pay is lower than market but benefits are good and lots of vacation, a job where you can coast.

BNP is a great place to work. They have invested a lot to improving work life balance by creating flex desks this allows employees the opportunity to work from home one day a week.

Toxic department - too much turnover

Unfortunately this company was not a match for me. During my experience I witnessed an overall tendency for micromanaging in middle office and the department I joined was completely toxic.
