BBP Paribas is a great work place, it values the people working and there is a great interaction between all employees at all levels. Most of the people managers are phenomenal. Employees relationship is very respectful, people recognition is remarkable and there is always a room for personal and professional growth

Toxic department - too much turnover

Unfortunately this company was not a match for me. During my experience I witnessed an overall tendency for micromanaging in middle office and the department I joined was completely toxic.
