Stressful

Managers are strict with working hours, and they expect you to get in on time. But they would absolutely dont mind having you for at least an hour over time! Not enought training, nor support.

generally great company to work for

I was lucky to work for a great manager and in a great team. The only complaint was the salary and the time schedules in the branch were not ideal. The pay overall was lower than the average of the industry, plus due to the staff shortage. The front-line workers always had to work overtime. For example, as an hourly paid employee, the working time was scheduled till the end of the business hours of the branch, however, the branch could never be closed sharp at the close time. After the clients left, a lot of works needed to be done for closing.

Just a job

Senior employees are able to handle the job because they are used to the company’s culture. New starters will suffer a lot and work exhaustively for a small salary.
