They can't do anything. No one wants to work in a call center for the rest of their lives unless they have an opening to move up the chain of command. It's like a bit of a highschool there. News travels fast about the slightest thing an associate discusses with another during the lunch line and though it is a positive environment, it seems a little exaggerated and fake because it's all about staying in the good books of the senior managers.
