Fun place to work, people are great.

I spent about a year here. In that time I learned quite a bit. The management was the most awesome part, all the co-workers were great. Lawyers aren't really that tough to deal with. All around good job.

The pace is hectic, even moreso than most MSPs as the vertical is Professional Services (Law firms, Capital Management, Accounting etc).

Clients are demanding, and require fixes in short order as they lose money every minute they cannot work.

Management tries to do well by their employees, but often falls short as they are in a constant tug-o-war between growth and providing for their employees. Managing the bottom line is difficult and keeping people happy both inside and outside of the organisation can be difficult.

Overall, this is a great place to start out as you learn a LOT in your first few months and are exposed to a myriad of different IT issues and even some neat tools that you'd otherwise never see.
Decent benefits, catered lunch on Fridays, Beer o'clock on Fridays
Short-sighted management, lower on the pay-scale
