unfair treatment by fellow employees management creates tensions between employees and other classes of employees no one in a group is created equal people hear and complain to management things seem to not change quick enough to make a different till another project is up and running nothing every seems to fully fall through no one really knows what going on in this pace behind close doors and if you do you know who you are and then your outcasted
Dietary Aide (Former Employee) – Sarnia, ON – 18 November 2012
Being a Dietary Aide for Blue Water Health at the Sarnia Hospital was one of the most rewarding positions that I've held so far.
Being depended on by patients to deliver quality, safe and timely meals was something that myself, and the team I worked along side, took very seriously. Seeing how happy we could make people bonded us together to help insure that there were no weak links.
I was always very proud to say that I was an important part of the Sarnia Hospital.
clean, friendly, educational, competitive wages
no health benefits, sporadic shift scheduling and call-ins
