Stressful/Always on Edge
People on my team were great, but management was not. Easy to put the blame on others and quick to get angry. Will not give a raise to employees (cheap)Would not recommend working for Blue Water Group.

Poor Management / Extremely High Turnover
Management seems incapable of managing time and focusing on task at hand. Nothing is done in a timely manner because everything is 5-10% started. Bulk manager will throw the lead hand or the employees under the bus for mistakes. Manager never takes responsibility or criticisms. Two faced/Badmouthing is a common practice. Employees are not respected. They will treat you like you are dumb. Yes man m...

It was the worst
Horrible leadership and management. Stuck up comments and continually make you feel bad if you make a mistake. Literally over and over. Manager says things just to save face but is really two faced and backs people into corners. S h I t place to work very clicky. Don’t do it
