The most stressful part of working for Blue Ocean Contact a center is the complete lack of support by coaches and project managers , the amount of times you are faulted for things out of your control, the awful work/life balance , the fact A TON of people were hospitalized within the first few months of working , and the fact that they cover themselves by offering “free treats” every two weeks and talks highly about themselves during training.
