How would you describe the pace of work at Blue Ocean Contact Centers?

Constant and most of the time, nonstop since we were understaffed. Sometimes was the only person in Canada taking calls.
We were told calls would mostly be people sick with the flu and helping them find nearest clinic ; ended up being calls that were MUCH MORE DIFFICULT AND TROUBLING which we had zero training on how to manage.
