Horrible Management
Frontline worker (Former Employee) –  Newmarket, ON12 July 2019
Wonderful clients and great frontline staff however deplorable management. High burnout rate with minimal support from management, staff are treated as if disposable - which is evidenced by very high staff turnover. Staff are put in potentially harmful and unsafe positions in the workplace without proper training, tools and support. This organization does not practice what is preached in terms of harm reduction and AOP. Do yourself a favour and begin your social service career within another agency, or use your valuable skills and experience at an organization that will actually appropriately appreciates the heart and effort put into this job.

Ps - they don’t five references and will not inform you of this upon hire!
