I love it there. I got laid off because the downturn in business from covid-19. Prior to covid the environment was very fast pace and lots of procedures to follow. Lot's of emphasis on quality, production rates and safety, but the people were really helpful in getting to know your job. The job is overwhelming at first with alot of details to pay attention too and entering data into a computer, but it gets easier once you have been doing it for awhile. For the most part the people were pretty easy going, but you work as a team. So it was important you are doing your part correctly. Otherwise it was good.

Prior to covid you had access to free coffee, tea or hot chocolate and snakes during breaks

Cons

Covid-19 took it all away

high turnover of millwrights

They just terminated 30 service support(millwrights, toolmakers,electricans )this Jan 2020.Rotating shift schedule posted every 3 months because it keeps changing.

pay is decent, cookies for snack

Food quality not good but staff very knowledeable and highly trained

Food quality quite low, due to Manager's budget restraints. Great staff and Manager. Hardest part of the job was bending over for hours washing heavy pots and pans. Most enjoyable was serving the customers.
