Supportive and Flexible schedule
My coordinators, supervisors, and managers are very supportive. They always try to find a schedule that fits me since I was also studying full-time while I was working with them. The pay is good. They see to it that your clients fit the skills that you have. PSW in Kitchener, On

A variety of work hours but No job security

Good Agency
Generally a good agency only downside is when your client is discharged from service, you could stay a while without work. Shifts are sent to numerous PSWs hence very difficult to get a new client. Pay is fair. Care Experience Supervisor in Vaughan, ON

Great company and awesome team work environment
This is a wonderful company to work for. The team work is exceptional and I always feel supported and continuously growing and changing for the better. I love that I keep learning new things and getting to work with different community programs with all the different contracts Bloom has.
