Great people but occasional poor management, flawed systems

Everybody I worked with was very friendly (with a couple of exceptions), workload was very inconsistent, sometimes it was easy and sometimes I would get slammed, sometimes front desk would bother me for the tiniest little favours that could have easily been done by themselves inside of a minute and they would do this when I was super busy with arrivals. Modern day SLAVERY

All the wonderful things promised like a discounted ski pass don't exist and are brushed off by management until you give up asking. Goodluck even trying to get the staff discount for meals because on this wage you won't be able to afford to eat out anyways. Unprofessional and patronising

Terrible communication between management and employees, unprofessional and make things within the work place personal causing unnecessary problems amongst staff, managers are patronising and belittling. The training is so inconsistent that you only know that you were supposed to do something when you get told off for not doing it.
