-In person or phone interview
-General interview with a senior manager

Phone interview followed by several in-person interviews. Quite a thorough process.
Somewhat informal in a small conference room. They make you do a website free personality test for 30 mins for your own info and then don't use it.
Interview was from 15-30 mins by an Operations Manager and they asked typical questions that are behavious based.
