Administrative Assistant/ Receptionist (Former Employee) – Toronto, ON – 2 July 2018
It was a good experience at Black Coalition for AIDS prevention . I take calls, redirect calls to the appropriate person, give out the right informations and other contact informations of other organisations to clients, book down events and take in new clients. Management works as a team. And you don’t let out clients informations to anybody, myself and other staffs are welcoming to new clients and we make other clients feel safe especially with their HIV status.Nothing was really so hard or demanding about the job.i liked and enjoyed the fact that we could reach out to people that need help and send them in the right direction when we couldn’t render at a time.
