It was great however there was no follow up to let you know that you were not being chosen for the position.Answered 30 October 2019
The bissell centre is very cliquey they do not care how long u have been working there, even its been years. They break rules by the labour board, no one can be trusted there even if you think they are your friend. You get promoted by friends. There are few peopple with degrees there and the ones that are, are ignoed unless you have an in with managers. They work you to the bone, and if you stand up for yourself you will in one way or another get reprehended for it. There is no support at all, there is little training. However they are forgiving when you do make a mistake but you are not trained well so its not your fault.Answered 4 August 2018
Lack of trained supervisors and management. Not trauma informed with staff. You never know if you are doing well but they are quick to throw you under the bus for ridiculous things.Answered 11 November 2020
