A long time, they make it seem like it's special to be hired there. It is not. It's just everyone involved is slow at there jobs.

This is the only job I've ever had that I worked from 9am till midnight, and had to come back a 9am . With NO OVERTIME. NO TIME IN LIEU. You're just expected to work 24/7 if they say so.

Answered

Not at all professional. People never expect to be in a store or job for long so they do things half assed and you pick up the pieces after them.

Answered

24/7 at their discretion. The only day you truly get off from the store is Sunday, but you may still have to answer texts, emails and answer the phone on Sunday.

Answered

Have a pulse. They hire everyone that applies since the rate of turnover is so high.

Please train management to understand that detailing isn’t just a high school student position. That every car is different and every car needs to be inspected and respected. That detailers aren’t just mindless slaves, they’re car enthusiasts who want to make cars look good, not worse.

Management on all levels, my store had 3 managers in the 15 months i was working for the company. In my opinion, they were not even given a long enough chance to make any real difference in the shop, but i also don't know the fine details of the situation.

The inconsistencies with the amount of work available, in the sense of hiring more techs(a couple being paid hourly) when it got busy, and no lay offs(for the hourly/uncertified techs/not even brand trained) when it slowed down so the flat rate technicians would barely make hours while being expected to be around for 80.
