HR is a group of 15 people, who don't really know what's going on. They are high turnover positions, with low retention rates. ONE OR TWO OF THEM ARE MAGINAL, AT BEST. They'll say hi to you the first week and then you'll never see them again. They are never in the office .They claim to generate jobs but most are temporary so they can meet contracted milestones and pay you poorly, then do mass lay offs when work slows down.

Fulfilling but no room for growth
The work is reasonably acceptable but management has any opportunities for growth bottle necked. Your only eligible if your good friends with the ones making the decisions. Not based on qualifications or seniority as it should be.

Fun work, long hours
The work is challenging at times but with many long bouts of waiting in between. The company does look out for employee health and the benefits are good. However this is a highly political environment where casual discussions and inside jokes should take place only behind closed doors, if you have these in the break room you'll end up in HR due to high levels of reporting.
