The coworkers are what makes the job worth it. Customers are what you'd expect from a chain, lots of families who aren't the best tippers. Management is decent, although fluctuating. It is extremely easy to move up in the ranks here which is nice if that's your goal.

unorganized mess

low pay and management is disorganized. it not bad if you're just starting out and want to get your foot in the door but other than that it's more headache than anything else.

Easy to move up, good starter restaurant job

If you are good at your job you will be moved up, money is good on weekends but it’s a small location so if you want more than 100-200 a night in tips go somewhere else. Everyone at the downtown location is an angel and amazing to work with, good sense of family and everyone supports eachother during a busy night.

Corporate and upper management are toxic but everyone else is great

Corporate ruins what is otherwise an awesome place to work. The Nanaimo location is full of fun people and I really enjoyed my job, but being controlled by people who've never even met you makes it really difficult. Stressful and dead-end

Overall a very stressful workplace with little to no organization. Management would tell you to do things that even they couldn’t understand. Training was minimal and the job felt dead-end.
